2007 Volunteer Schedule
for the
Western Washington Fair

Thank you for volunteering to work at the fair this year! The schedule for volunteer shifts is listed below. To volunteer by email send a message to Bill Horn (), 253.770.0485.

Free passes. A pass is needed by every volunteer worker to get into the fair. If you wish, you can requestone additional pass (can be used anytime) for a guest. Your passes will be mailed to you at your SAF address unless you specify otherwise.

Regular admission. If you are willing to pay admission to the fair instead of using a pass, well thanks for such dedication! Tickets are: Adults: $10, Youth (6-18): $7, Seniors (62-plus): $7, Five and under: Free.

Parking: Monday-Friday $7 per vehicle, Saturday and Sunday $8.

Operating hours of the fair: Fridays and Saturdays: 10 a.m. to 11 p.m.  Sundays through Thursdays: 10 a.m. to 10 p.m.

SAF Exhibit location. The SAF booth is located in the Northwest Outdoors Building (8). The closest gate to this building is the Blue Gate on Meridian St. S. The map of the fair grounds (pdf file).

The shaded dates are the most important ones since that is when most people come to the fair: It is best to have one or two volunteers for each of the following time slots. Which of the shifts not assigned do you want?
